ARTIST PROFILE
Ian Howard RSA, born 1952
Born in Aberdeen, Howard trained at Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art, he has combined a successful academic career with painting, his work being influenced by aspects of the Italian Renaissance, notably the art of Piero della Francesca.
